We also have ground beef available. $5.25 per lb. If you purchase more than 5lbs price will discount to $5 per lb.

With Thanksgiving approaching and a shortage of turkey, look no further!

We have one beef just taken to the butcher yesterday. Please in box me for pricing on 1/4, 1/2 or the full beef. Our beef is Hereford/Angus mix.

Also, available now; we have ground beef available. It is packaged in one pound packages. $5.25 per pound. If you purchase more than 5 pounds, we will sell for $5.00 per pound. In-box me for availability. Delivery can be done in St. Louis area free of charge. Contact for further delivery details/locations.

The break down of meat. All estimates but a 1,300 steer would produce around 159 lbs per quarter of consumable meat. The average family of four consumes about 1/2 of a beef per year.

Our cows graze on grass, then are finished 90-100 days with a high-protein corn blend. During this time, a cow will gain 3-4 lbs per day.
