Gasconade County Fair 2026

Today was a great day, we were able to secure some hardware.

Emma was awarded Supreme Female with her farm raised Spring Ewe Lamb. Out of 6 breeds being exhibited, it was a highly competitive class.

EmmyLou secured Reserve Championship Katahdin with her Spring Ewe Lamb Moana.

Emma was awarded Reserve Supreme Male as will with her farm raised Yearling Ram.

Kristin was awarded Senior Showmanship.

It may have been a wet morning but it was a good day to be a Katahdin breeder!

So grateful to live in a county that accepts little future showmen in the ring during the shows!

A big thank you to Heritage Valley Farms (Jason and Shelby Kempker) for purchasing Emma Rieke's farm raised Katahdin Market Lamb at the 2026 Osage County Fair.

This lamb placed 1st in its class of 5 market hair sheep weighing in at 104lbs.
