Three springs on our mountain, and it still fills me with awe every time our farm supplies us with little bits of magic.
We’re blessed with dandelions as far as the eye can see, so the littles and I spend an afternoon gathering the best blossoms we can find. Then the methodical task of removing all the green bits becomes the perfect excuse for movie time with Foreman and family. Once the petals are separated, the kitchen magic begins — turning those petals to tea, then tea to jelly.
Three years into this tradition, and every jar is a reminder of why the effort is worthwhile.
Now we have sunshine in a jar to enjoy through the dreary months. 🌼✨
