EXCITING NEWS at DZ Wagyu! At the end of July, we'll have two of our FIRST fullblood (100%) Wagyu steers ready for market. Pictured above are some of our 50% Wagyu beef that have earned rave reviews; our 100% will have even more healthy marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Here's your chance to purchase some grass-fed, grain-finished 100% Wagyu beef at a reasonable price from a local producer. Our prices include trucking, federally inspected processing, packaging, and freezing, with some pickup and delivery options available. Choose from these purchase options:
* Quarter (about 156 lbs of steaks, roasts, brisket, short ribs, hamburger) @ $14.50/lb
* Eighth (about 78 lbs of steaks, roasts, hamburger) @ $14.75/lb
* Sampler Sixteenth (about 40 lbs of steaks, roast, hamburger) @ $15/lb
We require half payment at time of order, and the remainder by processing date. You pick up quarters (JM Watkins in Plum City, WI). We can arrange pickup/delivery of Eighths and Sixteenth Samplers within a 60 mile radius of Bloomer, WI.
