Good morning! ☀️

We do have some items left and a few restocked in the farmstand this morning. Stop on out and grab some goodies for your weekend! The weather the last couple days hasn’t been ideal, but we’ve got to get rid of the extras today!

I also attached a picture with tips on how to care for your sourdough loaves — including how to refresh them after you pick them up so they’re just as delicious at home. 🍞

Pro tip: To make your sourdough loaf taste fresh-baked at home, lightly spritz the crust with water and pop it in the oven at 375°F for about 5-10 minutes. Warm, crusty, and just like new! ✨er

✨ Farmstand is stocked & ready! ✨

Fresh sourdough goodness is out today:
-Classic sourdough
-Classic sandwich loaves
-Jalapeño cheddar sandwich loaves
-Chocolate loaves (not preordered/extras) will be stocked at 4:30 PM (thanks to me not turning on my oven properly at 2am 🤪—sleepy eyes)
-Chocolate peppermint scones
-Gingerbread scones
-Farm-fresh eggs 🥚

All preorders are out and ready for pickup — thank you so much for your support!

And a big thank you to my dear husband and father-in-law for getting a heater installed in the farmstand. Please help us keep it cozy by closing the door when entering and exiting to conserve heat.

✨ Exciting Announcement! ✨
I’m thrilled to share that Zwiefelhofer Family Farm has officially partnered with Emma Beans Drive Thru to offer fresh-baked sourdough baked goods right at their window! ☕

As many of you know, I’ve always operated my farmstand under Wisconsin Cottage Food Laws, which allow me to bake from home and sell directly to you at our stand. That part isn’t changing, the farmstand will continue running exactly as it always has!

BUT… with this new partnership, things look a little different behind the scenes 👀

In order to wholesale my baked goods to Emma Beans, I’m now proudly baking those items in a fully licensed commercial kitchen. This allows our partnership to be 100% compliant with Wisconsin food safety regulations and ensures that everything you grab at Emma Beans is produced under the proper licensing and standards.

What this means:
-Most of my farmstand baked goods are still made under cottage food laws.
-Products sold at Emma Beans are made in a licensed commercial kitchen.
-Your favorite sourdough treats are now available in even more places!

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity to grow while keeping everything fully legal, transparent, and safe. Also so grateful for a community that continues to support this little dream of mine.

Here’s to new doors opening, more fresh baked goods, and supporting local businesses who support each other. 🥖

We sold out of our items earlier but just restocked 7 more loaves! (6 classic and 1 cinnamon)

Stop by and grab them! Reminder the stand is not heated so loaves will be cold, but you can easily refresh by spritzing with water and popping in the oven at 350F for 5 min!
