First attempt at making Kadha Prasad .. simple, sweet porridge made with wheat flour, ghee, sugar and water!! I think I browned the flour a little more than needed but tastes wonderful! It’s filling and satisfying to the body and soul! 🙏🏼

The brand new RH Rooftop restaurant in Birmingham Mi is simply spectacular!! Beautiful building, gallery and the ambiance beyond compare! The service was great and staff so friendly ❤️ The menu is unique to this Mi location and their Paris location with a huge selection of caviar carpaccio and petit baked potatoes!! Everything we ordered was 5 stars!! Great experience overall!!
