Come down before it gets hot! We have roasts for the slow cooker, ground beef for burgers on the grill, and sausage for breakfast. (Because who wants to heat up the house?) Our market neighbors Rigby Farms have some delicious sourdough for sandwiches and toast too. We are set up today until noon at The Dixie P. This is one of the many reasons why people should buy local meat. Our beef is raised humanely, has no added hormones. No antibiotics.

Our cattle are fed a specific diet, pasture raised and grain dressed. We also feed them locally raised hay, alfalfa, and treats.

In addition we interact with our cattle more than twice a day. We know them well and can see if anything is wrong immediately. And of course our cattle are always vaccine and antibiotic free.
