Finally updating our page! We have had to make several adjustments this year, due to a busy schedule. We no.longer have any Nigerian goats. Our poultry program is focusing upon our big beautiful Imported BBS Orpingtons. Chocolate and chocolate cuckoo Orpingtons bantams, Seramas, and of course some the rarest birds in our country, Bantam Jubilee Orpingtons! Presently we have 5 Seramas for sale. They are started birds. One trio and one pair. Message for details. No shipping at this time.

Idle Hour Farm no longer has any American Orpingtons. All lines are Imports or directly Imported by a licensed Importer per the USDA. We do not ship and only have small offerings locally. Eggs are rarely offered, but chick's and started birds are sold on a limited basis. Our farm is a labor of love, and not a mass producing chicken enterprise. We select the best birds to breed to improve type and color. Birds are only for sale in the spring and summer.

Kentucky's only flock of Bantam Jubilee Orpingtons. We are working on improving the genetics. Most of these are juveniles.
