Quiver Spirits Our recipe started on Grandma (Bobute) Genovaite Sriubaite-Setikas’ stovetop as a special drink she and Grandpa Antanas made for friends and family.

Legend has it that the recipe was created by Benedictine Monks at the Nesvyzius Monastery (who says monastery life is sedated?!) which was founded in the 16th century in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. It became popular among Lithuanian Nobility and today is a wildly favorite family concoction with a coveted secret family recipe that has been passed down
through the generations. Our recipe started on Grandma (Bobute) Genovaite Sriubaite-Setikas’ stovetop as a special drink she and Grandpa (Senelis) Antanas made for friends and family. We still make it the same way, using only whole spices, wildflower honey, and pure grain neutral alcohol. Lovingly blended with a mysterious array of earthy spices and a touch of naughty…
Shoot it, Rock it on ice/heat it up, or layer with a cocktail!!! It’s Versatile!!! Recommended to drink with friends & family on any occasion. Have you Quivered today?

HAPPY PRIDE

Quince Cosmo
1 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Quince fruit spirit
0.75 oz Orange liqueur
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Cranberry juice

The cosmo is a classic cocktail with it’s origins blurred over time, but the current iteration has been widely contributed to the gay community of Provincetown Massachusetts. No one knows who made the first modern day Cosmopolitan, but cranberries grew abundantly in Massachusetts at the time – so using it in cocktails was somewhat regional. Using cranberry juice rather than using rose’s grenadine entirely elevated the cocktail and the popularity rippled around the country. It then went on to become the signature “Sex and the City” drink, as well as a favorite of Madonna’s.

Saturday 6/13 11am-5pm stop by Capital Spirits on Pratt St to taste Quiver Quince Fruit, and Spiced Honey!
