It’s easy to see why Korai Kitchen is one of the top 50 restaurants in the country.
Three hours. Eight or nine or 10 courses. 😅 We lost count! One unforgettable journey through Bangladesh.
Amma’s Dawat was nothing short of magical. Nur-e and Amma welcomed us with so much warmth, kindness, and knowledge, making the entire night feel like we were being invited into their home and culture.
Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with incredible flavors, and rooted in tradition. It was more than a meal! It was a true celebration of Bangladeshi cuisine, culture, and hospitality.
I literally went to bed thinking about how good that chicken roast was. Now comes the challenge of trying to recreate a little of that magic in my own kitchen so my kids can try it.
An unforgettable night, and a beautiful reminder of why food is so much more than what’s on your plate. 💚
