You can do a custom cut sheet and get all of the cuts and packaging done to your (or your gift recipient’s) specifications and have it before Christmas. Or, you can give a card to them actually at Christmas, and I’ll get them a side delivered in early January after the rush of the holiday passes. Either way, I’ve been your beef guy for years and I’ve got you covered this year too! This is a fair sized beef and will cost around $3000 and that includes all basic regular processing and dry aging.

Again. Poppy is missing AGAIN. young female dachshund- beagle mix w/no collar on. She ran off following one of my big dogs. I tracked him down out past mill creek bridge at the 4430/4420 intersection on Lone Oak Cemetery Road. I doubt there is any way she made it that far, but I bet she’s somewhere north of highway 22 between BG and Frost. If you see her please call me 903-851-4571.

Someone had told me next time I had a side of beef available they wanted it and now I can’t remember who that was. I have 2 sides on the rail right now. Need to do cut sheets asap. $2835 per side, everything included. 420 pounds per side, hot weight.

I gotta know:
Chunky potato salad or mashed? Yellow potato salad or white?

I like big cubes of potato, very little mustard. Gotta have radishes and celery and boiled eggs. How do you make potato salad?

The pork sausage is made from a pig we fed out. It’s free of preservatives, fillers and artificial colors. It’s not mild, but to me it’s not really that hot. The taste is excellent.

The summer sausage also has pork from the same hog, Plemons Beeflemons Beef, and has jalapeno and cheddar in it.
