Frost Ridge Maple Farm Our goal is to provide a pure, all natural maple syrup. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! We have been making maple syrup since 1983.

The syrup is made from the sap that our trees produce, which is then boiled in our evaporator at our farm for your table. We started with just 30 milk jugs. Five years later we had 700 buckets and 500 taps on tubing. Today we have grown to 16,500 taps on tubing with vacuum and the sap is boiled on a Lapierre Force 5 Wood Fired Evaporator to keep the same great taste as the good old days.

Finally getting to post an update as to how maple season is going here. Our first tap was Jan 13th, first load of sap was hauled in Jan 18th, first boil was Jan 20th. As of today we have hauled in 121,700 gallons of sap and have made 2,226 gallons of light syrup. We have 15,377 taps in this year. Wishing all sugarmakers a blessed season!
