Kate and I enjoyed watching the rehabilitation of Smitty's old store and are so glad to see it reopen in such good hands. This is now my regular stop for an orange Fanta and boiled peanuts. We encourage ALL to stop by and support this local business on GA 17. If you're lucky enough you might catch Smitty himself on the front porch enjoying a spell in the rocking chair.
