Chay × Binny’s

A spirit made without compromise, now on shelves across Chicago. Grateful for everyone who’s found us.

Chay was never about making another bottle.

It was about building what I felt was missing.

That idea became a product.
The product became something brand.
The brand became a lifestyle.

We did not build a diet product. We built a brand for today’s modern consumer.

Because the choice used to be simple and terrible: sit it out, or compromise. Order the club soda and explain yourself, or order the cocktail and think about it all week. We got tired of a category that treated “conscious” and “celebration” like opposites.

So we made the thing that didn’t exist.

Plant based, zero sugar, natural ingredients and low carb.

Distilled in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Flavor that earns its place in the glass, not flavor that apologizes for being there.

This isn’t about restriction. It’s about not having to choose.

Chay means life. Never miss out again.

Every brand has a story. Ours started with a mirror. Chase Glick had just lost over 150 pounds. He’d rebuilt his body, his habits, his entire relationship with himself one brutal, beautiful decision at a time. Every meal mattered. Every workout counted. Every choice was a vote for the person he was becoming.

Then he’d go out with friends, order a drink, and feel it all unravel. Not because he couldn’t celebrate. But because the options on the shelf were filled with sugar, artificial sweeteners, and empty calories that had no business being part of the life he’d fought so hard to build. He’d changed everything except this.

So he fixed it. Not because he came from the liquor industry. Not because it was easy. Because he’d already learned the hardest lesson there is: that “good enough” is just a story you tell yourself when you’re too tired to demand better.

Chay was born from that refusal. No shortcuts. No big corporation behind it. Just relentless work, late nights, and a belief that “better for you” shouldn’t be a trend it should be the standard.

Today, Chay is one of the fastest-growing vodka brands in the country. But it will always trace back to one man who transformed his life completely and refused to let what was in his glass be the one thing left behind.

The underdog story is still being written.

This is just the beginning.

Drink better. Live better. That’s .

When creating Chay, every ingredient mattered especially the sweetener. Most better-for-you spirits sacrifice taste to hit a cleaner label, leaving you with something that drinks like a compromise. We refused to accept that. The goal was simple: flavor first, always because “better for you” should still taste good.
