Calling all of those who want to help our Bloomington Community! 📣

Join the Extra Mile Crew and the City of Bloomington Park and Rec Team, on Thursday, June 4th at 5PM to bust up invasive Buckthorn. The Park and Rec team will help educate and guide the Extra Mile Crew as we take down the pesky shrub.
We will meet at 5:00 PM near the Marsh Lake Archery Range
Pizza and a free beverage token will be provided for all volunteers after the event back at Nine Mile Brewing.

Summer is pretty much on our doorstep and we have the perfect beverage for you... Our Hrbie's Grand Slam Kolsch! Brewed in collaboration with (and named for) Bloomington’s own hometown hero, Hrbie’s Grand Slam is a refreshing kölsch perfect for sipping whether you’re on the diamond or in our taproom.

A grist of pilsner, Vienna, and white wheat with a sprinkle of sour malt make up the body of this beer, creating a lightly grainy background, where a blend of Altus and Saphir hops provide balance and subtle noble floral aromas that allow the wonderfully fruity characteristics of the kölsch yeast strain to shine through. Crisp, clean, and utterly crushable, this collaboration (like its namesake :wink:) is one for the ages.

Let us take a moment to honor our fallen soldiers this Memorial Day, who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and defend our nation.
Their bravery, selflessness, and devotion to our country will never be forgotten. We remember their sacrifices, their families, and the memories they left behind. We are forever grateful for their service and the price they paid for our liberty.

A while back, Bob and Abby took a trip to a land down under and with a little bit of collab with Head Brewer John, were honored to brew their favorite Aussie beer. This is 9 Mile's version of a classic Australian Pacific Ale that is light, crisp, and refreshing. We call it Cheeky Wombat!

Built on a base of pilsner malt, with touches of white wheat and a wisp of malted oats to round out the grist. Sprinkles of Galaxy hops, grown in Australia, graced the kettle for delicately moderate expressions of citrus, stone fruit, and passionfruit to pop on the palate. And a classic Chico yeast strain fermented it all out wonderfully. Not clear, not hazy, but a gentle opaqueness, to style, is apparent at first glance and through the imbibing of a glass of this ale.

Come on down and enjoy a cold pint of this hot weather slayer now on tap… Cheers, mate!

❤️🤍💙 **Mon. (5/25)** - Honor our fallen soldiers this Memorial day. We will be open from 1130AM to 830PM (Our kitchen does close at 730!). From 12-4, Creekside Kitchen will be grilling up hotdogs and brats. Did we mention it is industry & founders night?
🧠 **Wed. (5/27)** Test your knowledge with Trivia at 7pm!
🎱 **Thurs. (5/28)** Can you get a Bingo? Starts at 6pm!
♟️ **Fri (5/29)** We have a chess tournament happening from 7 to 10pm!

From 12-4pm on Memorial Day (May 25th), the Creekside.Kitchen grill will be on the patio serving up delicious hotdogs and brats!

While we will be having a cookout, something that has become synonymous with the holiday weekend, it is most important that we would also like to take a moment to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
