I haven’t been this excited for a recipe in a hot minute! 💃🏻

Brown butter white chocolate chip cookie dough, swirled with a homemade sweetened white & black sesame paste and finished with a sugared sesame crunch. 🍪

Roasty, toasty, toffee, salty, sweet ✨

Bakers have all different ROOT reasons as to why they bake, why they hone their craft, why they CHOOSE this craft… mine is rooted in creativity. I love baking because I love CREATING. 🎨

Icing on the (cookie) cake that I was able to mix this batch in my 93-year-old grandma’s vintage, porcelain mixing bowl she just gave me 🥹

made it back to town just in time for a Hearth & Harvest Bakery and Farm Stop grand opening stop!

local meat, milk, eggs, produce, coffee, dog treats, bath & body goods, bread, cookies… WOWZA 🤩

I’d already stocked up at the farmer’s market & they were out of bread & cookies (a good problem!), so today was for sweet treats! 🍪🍦

Hi 48 Fam!

For those who don’t know, I teach women the Bible online over at 48 Faith & Farms (in addition to the beautiful opportunities I’ve been given locally) - and 48 Farms is a wonderful way to share physical bread (and treats!) to meet others & fund this very special opportunity the Lord has laid before me to use my gifts for His service. ❤️‍🔥

I’m taking the week off from baking to build my Bible study community. If you could pray for the Lord’s favor & His hand to go before, behind & with this mission - it would mean the world. 🙌🏼

After a wonderfully wild baking week to support The Wildflower Market and the Bible Study launching early September, I needed a week to detach & focus solely on spiritual bread. ✨
