A show very close to our heart Southwestern Wisconsin Angus Classic was held today. We had Champion bull with Rex, Champion PGS bull with Fernadan, Reserve Division with Hilda, a second and third with Beth and "22". Brinlee Reynolds was Junior Showman Champion and Sarah Mayer was 4th in showmanship. A huge Thank You to Lancaster Post 109 for coming to honor our veterans that never made it home to their families.

Join us on Sunday, May 24 for the Annual Southwestern Wisconsin Angus Classic. There will be classes for Angus Bulls, Cow/Calf Pairs, Heifers, and Steers as well as a predominantly black Commercial Heifer and Crossbred Steer Show.

***NEW THIS YEAR! Option to participate in a PGS Bull or Heifer Class. Animals are judged on both genotype and phenotype, each weighted 50% in the final score.

▪️Entry Fees: $30 if received by 5/17; $50 if late.
▪️Location: Grant County Fairgrounds, 916 East Elm Street, Lancaster, Wisconsin
▪️Out-of-State exhibitors are required to have health papers.
▪️Cattle are able to arrive on Saturday, May 23 after 10 AM. All cattle must be checked in by Sunday, May 24 at 8 AM. The show will be held on Sunday, May 24 with the show starting at 9 AM.
▪️ Exhibitor eligibility: Open to anyone wishing to participate.

Due to the weather conditions we will not be making the trip to Northland Classic sale this evening. If anyone is interested in our shorthorn steer we had consigned he will be available private treaty. Thank you for your support of the sale every year and our cattle that we consign.

Adeline Timmerman showed the Champion Angus heifer and Reserve Supreme Champion heifer SMA BB Erica 2420 at Blake's Prairie Fair. She was bred and raised by our Granddaughter Brinlee. Adeline was also Intermediate Champion showman. Sarah Mayer showed SMA BB Georgina 2427 as a class winner and was right in there in a very close Senior showman competition. Brinlee was also the breeder of 2427. Kally Sue did an outstanding job as judge.
