The boys have been working hard getting calves broke and ready to go! No huge numbers over here but we are excited to involve our kids in the breaking and selling process this year. Cattle will come broke to tie, work, and virtually oblivious to the shenanigans of young boys and their dogs 😂

We were so thrilled to be able to be buyers at the 2026 Monroe County 4H Livestock Auction!

This is something we have been working hard to be able to do - giving back to the community and 4H program that gave us, and continues to give our children, so much has been a big goal of ours!

An added bonus was that the pig we purchased, and donated to our local food pantry, belonged to our good friends’ daughter - who’s a heck of a showman and great example of a hardworking 4Her!

Today we’re proudly serving Ferguson Farms fresh burgers at the Mustang Market! This partnership has been a long time coming, and we’re so excited to see it come to life.

We’re collaborating with Taylor Ferguson, our Agriculture Teacher at Edgewood High School, to bring the freshest, locally connected ingredients straight to our students and staff.

This is more than just a great meal—it’s about connecting the classroom to the cafeteria. Our ultimate dream? Raising livestock right here on campus and creating a full circle experience for our students from farm to tray. 🐄➡️🍽️
