Decided to bake some brownies this morning and thought that a dark chocolate browned butter ganache would taste yummy. Never heard of it??? Me neither, I'm winging it again...you have to at least try to experiment to see if it works or not! For the amount I'm making if it's not so hot then I wasted very little money, but if it's good then I spent very little for something wonderful!

I'm having a cupcake fundraiser next Friday (6/17) with 100% of the proceeds going to Dalan Childs and his family. $10/half dozen. Monster cupcakes and princess cupcakes. You can do half and half or all of one kind. Please comment below if you are interested. P/U at my place (I will give info to those who need it) between 8am-5pm. Cash preferably, if writing a check it needs to be made payable to Chelsea Childs. I need all orders to be in no later than Wednesday, June 15th. Princess cupcakes will be vanilla cupcakes with pink vanilla buttercream and rainbow glitter with a tiara, monster cupcakes will be vanilla cupcakes with neon green vanilla buttercream and eyeballs.
