The PERFECT protein pasta to add to your summer recipes!☀

A GREAT way to get in your greens in a delicious way!😋 RECIPE BELOW!

1. Cook pasta of choice and put 1/3 cup of pasta water to the side
2. Blanch kale & watercress:
- soak greens in boiling water for 2-3 minutes then move to an ice bath
3. In a blender, add: 1 can of chickpeas, 1 small yellow onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 cup kale, 1 cup watercress, 1/2 cup Old Home Plain Greek Yogurt (we used non-fat!), 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 Tbsp black pepper, 2 pinches of salt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, & 1/3 cup pasta water and blend until smooth
4. Pour sauce onto pasta & top with grated parmesan, chili flakes, and a heaping scoop of Old Home Sour Cream for an extra creamy consistency!
5. ENJOY!!😍

While we don't have a specific date just yet, we will continue keep you updated as we work with our local plant in St. Cloud to help cottage cheese bloom back onto shelves!!🌸

21 grams of protein & delicious?! Can't get much better than that!💪

‼️RECIPE BELOW‼️

1. In a large bowl, whip 1/4 cup of heavy cream
2. Add in 1 cup of Old Home Greek Yogurt (we did vanilla!) and 2 Tbsp of Old Home Creamy Peanut Butter
3. Mix on low, then on high until whipped consistency
4. Serve with sprinkle of cinnamon, fruit, crackers, or other dipping snacks!
