Classic green tea is blended with freeze dried raspberries and hibiscus flower. The sweet berry flavor is right at home with the earthy flavor of green tea and the hibiscus adds a delightfully bright tart note. An excellent choice hot or iced and works well with a squeeze of lemon!

The folks over at Bayleaf & Butterscotch recently opened and my goodness am I addicted already. They are right around the corner on the Jefferson side of the Downtown Bloomington IL square. Two words.

WE GOT SCOTCH BONNETS!
(More on those later...)

The original recipe was tweaked and now it caused us to make two versions. Scotch Bonnets have a fruitier note to them that made us feel it made the original recipe a bit more mild. So we now have a MILD version and. SPICY version with twice the scotch bonnets in the blend. Both available right now!
