Wow—what a day. We did it!!! ❤️

My heart is so full (and my body is so tired). I just want to say thank you to everyone who showed up for this fundraiser. Together, we raised more than I ever expected, and I’m honestly at a loss for words. I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you—you truly made my day.

Huge love and appreciation to for letting us use their space as a safe pickup spot—and for spoiling us with delicious drinks on top of it all.

Friends,

First and foremost—thank you to every single person who donated. I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am. In a really heavy time, your support is a powerful reminder that we do have community, we do have each other, and people genuinely care.

The goal has been met more than once now (still wrapping my head around that), and I feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by all of you. We’ve officially raised the total to 120 spring rolls. I wish I could roll 200… but let’s see how I survive 120 this Friday first, haha. Next fundraiser, we level up.

Huge gratitude to our local coffee shop (West Side Perk) for generously letting us use their space as a warm, safe pickup spot. Pickup time will be from 4:00–4:45 PM on Friday, Jan. 23, 2026. And if you need a little Friday boost, trust me—their drinks are so good.

Fresh Spring Rolls Fundraiser — Let’s Roll! 🔥

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has ordered, donated, and shared this fundraiser. Your support means everything to me and is a powerful reminder of how strong and caring our community truly is. We show up for one another—and that matters.

As shared in my last post, 100% of profits will be donated to (Minnesota Immigration Rights Action Committee).

🍽️ What you’ll get-
Fresh spring rolls with your choice of:
• Peanut dipping sauce
• Classic Vietnamese dipping sauce (gluten-free)
$2.50 per roll

📝 How to order-
• Message me with the number of rolls you’d like and your sauce choice. If no sauce choice is noted, I will assume you want peanut dipping sauce 😊
• Venmo or Paypal preferred
• Cash accepted (exact change only)
