The day that we have dreaded for over a year has finally came and passed. We left not only our oldest son but our lead meat cutter at SFA to chase his dreams and further his education to become a land surveyor. No matter how his day has gone he always greets our customers with a smile and professionalism. Thank you and we love you son. If yall are lucky you might get a glimpse of him in the meat shop during the holiday breaks! Please say a prayer for our boy!

Update: We are already sold out! Yall are awesome! I guess we need to get to curing for the next batch!

It’s here! Our home cured, Hickory smoked, thick sliced bacon will available for pick up starting Saturday! They are $8 per package and each package is 1lb. All of our products are made with simple ingredients combined with the right process to produce amazing flavor! We try our best to keep everything as natural all possible. We also have Brats and chicken available so come shop with us!

Not farm related but farm related. Our walk in freezer alarm is the last thing we want to get at 3:30 in the afternoon when it’s over 100 degrees outside! A few phone calls, 4 parts stores later and the neighbor coming over we are back up and running! I’m no refrigeration guy nor electrician but we get by! Happy Monday everyone!

Our first Frogs Promise box was delivered today.
Something so simple made me feel closer to my Bub and left me full of so much gratitude. We are so thankful for the mark he made on our lives and the lessons he taught us all about giving.

Remember that Health Inspection we had last week? Well that opened the door for a whole new lineup of products we can make and offer! Currently we have our take on homemade fresh (raw) Brats and Jalapeño and cheese Brats. The Farmer has been working on this recipe for a while now and has it down perfect! We will also have our home cured and hickory smoked bacon in a few weeks. Our regular Brats are $6 per package and the Jalapeño and cheese Brats are $7 per package. Each package is 1lb - 1.25 lbs. Yall stay tuned for for what the Farmer is working on next!
