I have a chaplain friend and his son who have put together this project to build tiny homes, counseling and support for Veterans suffering from homelessness, addiction, PTSD, in NE Texas.

Please welcome Marty (Martha) to the barnyard! She has a young doe for a mom whose mom instincts have surprisingly kicked in. She’s protective, licks the baby, and seems to be letting her attempt to nurse.
Most young ones could care less!!

Down sizing a bit, so trying to get things in shape!

I bet not many people (except goat owners) have had the displeasure of doing a fence repair (so that the baby goats don’t escape again) and having your male bottle baby who is now 9 months old, try to sexually assault you! The large pruning shears came in handy as I had to put the handles around his neck to hold him until he snapped out of it! 🤯
