Good afternoon, my friends! I have a few things to pass along today!
• This will be our LAST WEEK with the delicious NY peaches. Please get them while you can! I will not be able to take any more bushel orders.
• Today, we were able to pick up a lot of Seckel pears! Many of you have been asking and it’s finally time! If you don’t know what they are, check them out! They’re small pears that are soooo sweet and they’re especially great for poaching! These pears are coming from the same orchard that the peaches and nectarines are!
•Tomorrow, we will have some more of the Bubblegum plums out! I gave some of you a few to try and you liked them so I grabbed some more!
• I only have time to bake 6 loaves of sourdough for tomorrow and one was pre-ordered, so you know you should be there at 10 if you want one. Sorry, I’m just running out of time this weekend!
• Lastly, many of you said you were afraid to make homemade peach salsa. I get it, sometimes things just seem a little intimidating! Especially if you’re not used to making something out of your realm. So I made a big old batch of the peach salsa for you to try. Many people have come back for second and third salsa boxes because they liked it so much! Just give it a try! You never know! ;)
