Good evening, everyone! Just taking a minute to update you on tomorrow. Don’t forget that Thursday and Friday we have baked goods from April at Spink’s Family Acres. This week she has whipped up a magical strawberry-rhubarb tart, lemon-blueberry cakes, her famous brown butter brownies, rice krispie treats, cinnamon rolls, and of course her delicious chocolate chip cookies. Make sure to stop by tomorrow and Friday! Also, tomorrow and Friday and are the last days to pick up your organic started plants. After Friday, we will no longer have them. They are going to get planted in our gardens!

Also, it is almost strawberry time. Stay tuned for a post on Saturday night regarding our first day with strawberries at the stand. Also, we will be picking our first zucchini and yellow squashes from our field. 🙌

How does anyone survive without a stash of cookie dough already prepped and waiting? Around here, that's simply not an option! 😆

Today's lineup is packed, and these chocolate chip beauties are ready for their turn in the oven. But can we talk about that browned butter for a second? Because the smell filling my kitchen right now is absolutely unmatched. Rich, buttery, warm, and just a little nutty—it's the kind of aroma that makes you stop what you're doing and wander into the kitchen asking, "What are you baking?"

Every scoop is made with care, and soon these dough balls will transform into soft, golden cookies loaded with melty chocolate chips. The hardest part of baking days like this? Waiting for them to come out of the oven! 🤎

If only I could send the smell through the screen... trust me, you'd be wishing you were standing in my kitchen right now. 🍪✨
