Did you know we now carry The Blowing Rock Pasta Co. fresh pasta? This week Nicole has stocked our fridge with a beautiful tomato oregano radiatore- a little ruffle that grabs onto every bit of sauce. Try it with one of our delicious steaks from the butcher shop!

It’s pretzel day and they’re out and ready this morning!

Pretzel flavors are salted, Asiago, cinnamon sugar while they last 🥨😋

Scone flavors- jalapeño cheddar, chocolate chip, and carrot cake with whipped cream cheese frosting

Montana has the cake case looking great- espresso cupcakes, German chocolate, red velvet, lemon blueberry, funfetti, chocolate, and some pretty cake pops too!

AJ is working on some teriyaki chicken thighs, seasoned chicken legs, and burgers in the butcher shop! We know you guys have been asking for marinated meats and here’s your chance to sn**ch some up!

Burger flavors- mushroom and Gouda, bacon cheddar, and blackened Gorgonzola

Sausage flavors- Parmesan and parsley, hot and mild Italian

Good morning, Blowing Rock!

Due to a delivery issue with our main supplier, the bakery will be opening late today/possibly closed all day.

If you have placed a bakery special order, it will still be ready at the scheduled pickup time! AJ can grab it for you.

We will have a limited selection tomorrow in the butcher shop as well due to a death in our family. AJ will be out of the shop but will have the meat cases cut in and we’ll sell from that until it’s gone. He will return on Friday. The bakery will remain open.

Happy Saturday, friends! Sorry for the late post, but here’s what we’ve got going on at the butchery & bakery today:

In the butcher shop, AJ is working through the beef that was delivered yesterday and getting the freshest cuts out in the case. We’re also doing some sampling! Bresaeola (air dried beef) and smoked cheddar 😋

In the bakery, we’ve got until we run out:

Good morning! Here’s what we’ve got going on today at the butchery and bakery:

In the butcher shop, AJ will have fresh beef delivered around 3pm. We’ve got a limited supply of steaks until this arrives. Sausage flavors to start the day- Parmesan and parsley, hot Italian, and kielbasa.

We also got in another shipment of craft cheeses! Our refrigerated case is filling in nicely.

The bakery will have:

Lemon blueberry scones
Lemon blueberry cookies
Chocolate chip cookies
Cranberry white chocolate macadamia cookies
Zucchini galette in a cheddar crust
Key lime pies after 3pm

Good morning!

We’ve got some new product!

High Country Fungi’s mixed box- gorgeous pioppino and chestnut mushrooms to accompany a delicious steak from the butcher shop 😋

We also have a small (and growing!) selection of cheeses and charcuterie meats- bresaola, capocollo, lonza, and several varieties of salami, sliced and chub.

The bakery will have today, until we sell out:
