Well for once a cow “listened” when the weather said impending blizzard snow storm and had her calf when the grass was still green and nice out!!🤪 Wylda had her calf before the blizzard!! Wylda redefines “helicopter” parent!! If this calf gets more than two feet away the calf is getting an ear full from his mother!! Can’t wait till he gets the zoomies and runs around with the rest of the newbies then it’s hilarious with the mothers!! But on a positive note as much as Wylda hates going in the barn she had little Chavez in the friendly confines of the barn this morning outta the snow storm!! Meet S5Minis CHAVEZ!! Excited about this guy as he’s a box on feet and gonna be good!!!

All the work is done on him. Halter broke to tie and lead but his show time is up. Has one calve on the ground and the cows he was running with this summer came back bred. When he is all fancied up he does have the darker coloring, if that is what you’re looking for! He is long and muscular. Plus current calf in ground is nice looking as well!! Down sizing herd as we don’t need two bulls any more and my free labor has moved on to full time jobs and college!! Vaxed and poured last week. PM with any questions and info. Thank you all!!
