Our heritage breed pork is alway raised using regeneratively-grown or organic feed grain mixes. No GMO's, no antibiotics, limited soy with NONE at the end. Bio-hacked the fridge! When I purchased I had ONE simple request: no harsh LED lights. Once I unboxed it and plugged it in there was an unpleasant surprise. 😧 The seller got a call and unfortunately decided their mistake wasn’t worth fixing. 🙄 So I fixed it! Now I smile every time I open it. 🤠

The pigs on Scott's farm, Blue Dirt Farm, are fed non-GMO feed and hay during the cold winter months. From March or April until October or November, they rotate pasture and woodlands every 3-10 days so they can find a diverse variety of natural forages!

Delivered some of our very last turkeys to Tortillas La Mayzteca. If you're in Rochester check this place out! The tamales were delicious, made with chicken from my friends at Tree-Range Farms. And they have tortillas made using nixtamalization, the traditional process using a lime solution. It increases the nutrient availability while actually neutralizing many of the anti-nutrients normally found in grain.

I don't eat much corn or grain and don't recommend it. UNLESS it's processed using this kind of method, time-proven & increasingly scientifically validated. And it is absolutely incredible tasting! 😋

You can still order directly from us but another great option is TC Farm. They offer the best delivery service available in the Twin Cities, Rochester, & St. Cloud regions and you can even add local produce & grocery items!

It's last call for pasture and woodland-raised turkeys from co-owner Scott at Blue Dirt Farm! We'd love to be part of your family gathering and provide you with a delicious, nutrient-dense turkey for the center of your table.

The bronze broad breasted turkeys did great and lived happy lives foraging and simply acting like turkeys out on the pastures, fields and woods. The care and diversity in forages Scott provides for the turkeys makes all the difference in flavor!

We have 2 Edina pick up dates and 2 home delivery options remaining that will allow you enough time for thawing and preparing your turkey for Thanksgiving. We have a pick up and delivery the day before Thanksgiving if that works best for you, but a reminder the turkeys are frozen.

If you’ve tried our turkeys before, you know how good they are! If you haven’t, why settle for anything you're less sure about?
