We are entering the playoffs of the Bags season.
Our seeding for the Playoffs is set and it's time to figure out who this year's champions will be.

Please take a look at the attached bracket and rules for this years Playoff tournament.

At 6:45 we will have a league meeting to clarify all playoff procedures.

Play will begin at 7:00 on Thursday for our first round matches (there's only one).

UsUs as regular season champions will receive $75.

The rest of the prize pool will be distributed:
Champions - $275
2nd Place - $175
3rd Place - $75

And all through the league, not a team was stirring, not even a beaver.

Anyways, tomorrow is a festive occasion for Van’s Maplewood Inn. Come dressed in your Christmas in July finest to help support Van's mission to bring some Holiday Spirit despite the heat. It will be greatly appreciated.

Today is Week 7 of the 8 week regular season. The Playoff picture is starting to come into focus. If you have not completed your league buy-in, expect to be asked about it.

Happy Thursday everyone. There is a chance of rain in the forecast tonight, but we will be proceeding as usual in our Week 5 matchups. Scores and standings are updated in the pinned document, including a full league set of individual stats for your viewing pleasure.

Hello fellow baggers. We are entering the third day of weather that can kindly be described as: on the surface of the sun.

Bags is still on today but:
1) No judgement for those who aren't outside warming up. Come early and have an extra water at the bar to prepare.
2) Dress appropriately (in regards to the weather anyways)
3) Consider a rotation of players during matches. Having enough people there so players can cool down inside may be helpful.
4) If you're feeling unwell or overheated please drink water and head inside. If this occurs while you are in the middle of a game, for this week only, you may be subbed out for another player who is eligible.

Unrelated:
The yard has been sprayed for whatever they spray lawns for. Please keep that in mind when you choose your footwear for tonight. Also, please refrain from bringing any animals/pets today.

One of our team's noticed an error in the scheduling. I have been working to fix it. A new full schedule will be posted outside and at the top of this page shortly.

For now, please see the image for today's schedule, which has the two changes highlighted in green and orange. Beavers went from no games to 2 games. So congrats to them.
