After many years of fighting with the City of Blue Lake and 5 different City Managers it still seems impossible to get the City to pay their annual rent payment. They now have an extremely leaky water tank and seem to have absolutely no concern on the amount of water that is flowing out of the tank into David Powers Creek. After spending 10s of 1000s of dollars on council the ranch now finds itself in financial difficulty and still can't convince Blue Lake to pay their rent payment . The tank is not being watched, not being monitored and I'm concerned it is becoming a public safety issue.
I litterly have tried everything in my power but still nobody is concerned. I do not understand.
Maybe the tribe should just take over the operations of the town.
