This summer, I have been testing out tons of recipes one such recipe are these coconut macaroons finished with a thin layer of semi sweet chocolate on the bottom.  I’m still having my taste testers test them to see if they will be going on the menu, but this is just part of owning a new home bakery. Some recipes work and others do not. I have also been a little MIA while I spend the last little bit of quality time with my kiddos before they go back to school, but once they are back in school Chatty Squirrel Sweets will have some big announcements that i can’t wait to share!
