Pictured: our house-made gluten-free cheddar biscuits, the delicious foundation for our biscuit sandwiches and biscuits & gravy. Choose from Local Pig breakfast sausage gravy or mushroom gravy. Other brunch options include breakfast pizza, waffles, cinnamon rolls, and a yogurt parfait!

Then after brunch, we’re keeping the Oktoberfest fun going with brats, b**r cheese soup, German apple cake, and all of yesterday’s new Oktoberfest b**r releases!

🍺 9th Annual Oktoberfest is THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3! 🥨

We’re ready for a full day of big b**rs, delicious food, live music, and Oktoberfest fun from 11 AM–11 PM. The weather is looking fantastic, so here’s what you need to know:

🍺 GO BIG(ger) ON YOUR B**R Most b**rs will be available in their standard 13–16 oz glass, or you can upgrade: • 20 oz mug: +$1 per pour (mug deposit required) • 1L / 34 oz pour: +$5 per pour

Want the full liter? Bring your own compatible stein, or pick up one of our brand-new 1L steins for $24 filled or $14 empty. And yes, those are the new steins you’re looking at in the photo!

🍻 SPECIAL OKTOBERFEST B**RS Our Oktoberfest Märzen-Style L***r is already flowing, but we’re tapping several more just for the occasion: • Cask Oktoberfest • Smoked Hatch Chile Oktoberfest • Hot Honey Weiss • Blue Springer Weisse (Berliner Weisse-style) • Doppelbock – a scaled-up collaboration with EBT Brewing, winner of the 2026 Brew Springs Brewer’s Choice

💪 STEIN HOLDING COMPETITION – 5 PM Think you’ve got what it takes? You’ll need a standard 1L stein to compete—one of ours or the same style. Winner(s) will receive an EFB gift card covering the cost of a filled new stein ($25)! With enough participants, we will have seperate men's and women's rounds.

🥨 OKTOBERFEST FOOD SPECIALS The kitchen is getting in on the fun with: • B**r brats with kraut, mustard & hot German potato salad • B**r cheese soup with pretzel croutons • German apple cake • Plus our regular menu!

🎶 LIVE MUSIC – 6–10 PM Jim Baric & Friends will provide the evening soundtrack, including some traditional Oktoberfest tunes to keep things festive.

One of our favorite recent desserts is back—and this time, it’s even bigger and better! 🍪🍨

The Cookies & Cream Gelato Sandwich now has nearly a full scoop of gelato in each quarter, finished with a drizzle of both dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache.

It’s the perfect dessert to share with the table... assuming you’re feeling generous. 😏

Finally—the fall weather is starting to arrive, and one of our favorite parts of fall is arriving today, too: Colonial Pumpkin Ale! 🎃🍺

That’s right, our delectable Colonial Pumpkin Ale, brewed with real pie pumpkins and a blend of pie spices, is hitting the taps and the can cooler when we open today at 11 AM!

Come grab some lunch and a tasty fall brew during our All-Afternoon Happy Hour until 5 PM, or join us tonight for live music with Sedalia-based singer-songwriter Jake Reno from 7–10 PM. 🎶

Brunch feature today (Sun, 9/20): Brisket Breakfast Burrito! Loaded up with smoked brisket, pasture-raised egg, tater tots, cheese, wrapped in a Yoli tortilla and smothered in queso!
Other options today include our house-made cinnamon roll covered in porter caramel sauce and candied pecans, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, breakfast pizza, and a yogurt parfait.

Day 2 of Fall Fun Fest is here, and we are SO ready to see all your smiling faces! 🍻🎶

We know it’s hot out there (thanks for the fall weather 🥵), but the drinks are cold, the gelato is cold, and if A/C is more your speed today, you can still grab our festival food and drink specials and enjoy them inside!

Or come hang with us outside in the LIVE AT East Forty B**r Garden, where we’ve got live music rolling from 1–11 PM on the Homegrown Stage, sponsored by Lighthouse Legal. Today’s lineup features JT Martin, The Bardog’s Revue, and Western Hippie!

🔥 AND DO NOT SLEEP ON THE BBQ! We’re serving up fresh-smoked prime brisket sandwiches and whole smoked wings, available dry-rubbed or sauced. And the sides are bringing it too: BBQ baked beans, jalapeño cheesy corn, and Carolina slaw.
