Batching up oils for soap! My goal is to make a slab mold of each scent next week. 🤭 My slab mold holds 7 lbs of oils which comes out to 33 bars of soap per batch!

There may be a cute Christmas soap in the mix too! 😉

Debs and Peter had a lovely date this morning. Babies expected near the end of February.

It went well until it was time to bring Debs back to the barn. She went willingly, but Peter wasn't ready to say goodbye. He tried to go through the electric fence gate which then hit me while I was leaning against the metal fence. 😵‍💫

Meanwhile, Napoleon decided to take up herding duties with Debs and she pulled Ellie down as she ran from the dog.

We're both fine, but it was an eventful morning and now we both smell like bucks.

Wrapping bars of soap is methodical and time-consuming, but very relaxing to me.

Why do I wrap my soap?

It helps the label stick - thats a big one because the label needs to stay on for retail locations. Speaking of retail, the wrap keeps the bar protected from dust.
