Some things are more than just things. They become part of who we are.

For Esteban, his Toyota Land Cruiser isn't just a car.

It's a piece of his story.

He's had it since high school. Over the years, he's rebuilt it, cared for it, and kept it close to his heart. Every detail holds a memory, every mile tells a story, and after all these years, it remains one of his most treasured possessions.

So when we were asked to recreate his beloved Land Cruiser as a groom's cake, we knew this wasn't going to be just another cake.

We weren't simply recreating a vehicle. We were recreating years of memories, passion, and a piece of someone's life.

And that's what makes our work so special.

Behind every cake, there's a story worth telling. Sometimes it's about love. Sometimes it's about family. And sometimes... it's about a Toyota Land Cruiser that's been part of someone's journey since high school.

Thanks for letting us turn something so meaningful into something unforgettable.

Some of the best wedding moments are the ones you never see coming.

At Anna & Austin’s beautiful celebration at the Sonesta, I was getting ready for our Millefoglie Experience when something completely unexpected happened. A few members of the family walked up wearing chef hats, ready to help me.I couldn’t stop smiling.

They had absolutely no experience making a Millefoglie, but that didn’t matter. They jumped right in, laughed through every step, carefully layered the pastry, spread the cream, and had the time of their lives. Before we knew it, everyone around us was smiling, cheering, and taking photos.

Those are the moments that remind me why I love offering this experience. It’s never just about building a dessert. It’s about creating memories, bringing people together, and giving families a chance to be part of something they will remember long after the last slice is gone.

Anna & Austin, thank you for trusting me to be part of your celebration. And to your amazing family... thank you for the surprise. You made the Millefoglie Experience even more unforgettable than I ever could have planned.
