Friday sept 25: raspberries continue to come ripe and we have 4 clamshells available for $4 each. Message me if you want to stop by the farm for pickup! We also have muscadine syrup, blackberry jam, pindo palm jelly, and raspberry jam available!

Friday Sept 25: time to press out the w**e from our fermented blend of muscadines and blackberries. You know it is going to be good when nature approves (in the form of a thirsty yellow jacket)! After cold crashing to settle the lees and clarify we will gradually feed this to our vinegar mother so that by next year we will have some AWESOME artisanal vinegar for your table. Made from fresh fruit grown on our farm or by our neighbors, never any added sugars. It's a treat worth waiting for.

Monday Sept 21: we are cooking up a test batch of a new product! We are reducing down 6 gallons of bronze muscadine juice into a syrup of 74 brix, or as thick as we cook our sorghum syrup. This will be an intensely flavored table syrup! In the Middle East, "grape honey" is a common sweetener, and we hope our "scuppernong honey" finds it's way to your table soon. I'll have some at the Blythewood Farmers Market on Wednesday!

We will be at the Blythewood Farmers Market today from 4-7 with vine-ripe muscadines picked fresh this morning! Y'all, this is going to be a very short muscadine season due to the drought, we will have muscadines available this week and into next week, then they will be done! If you can't make it to the market contact me directly to arrange pick up at our farm, located 10 minutes from the food lion in blythewood. 803 608 3934

It's muscadine season! This will be a brief one with bronze fruit that is absolutely at the peak of ripeness, available in these half gallon baskets (averaging 2.75lbs) for $10 each. On-farm pick up starting today, we have 8 baskets available right now, first come first serve, and will be picking more Sunday morning!
