A little romance, a lot of flowers, and three tiers of deliciousness! 🌸🤍

Celebrating Ben & Zoe’s beautiful wedding at The Inn on the Russian River in Monte Rio! This three-tier wedding cake was adorned with gorgeous fresh florals, delicate buttercream textures, and fresh figs for a romantic, garden-inspired design.

And the flavors were just as dreamy as the outside!

🍰 Top & Bottom Tiers: Almond cake layered with apricot jam and silky vanilla bean Bavarian cream.

🍫 Middle Tier: German chocolate cake with one layer of rich chocolate ganache and another of Bavarian cream with fresh raspberries.

A beautiful combination of elegance, fresh flavors, and a little indulgence!

Wow, what an incredible night at this year’s Harvest Fair Gala! ✨🥂

Such a wonderful evening surrounded by so many talented chefs, celebrating our wins, reconnecting with familiar faces, and meeting so many new ones! It was truly a night filled with amazing food, great company, and so much to be grateful for.

A special thank you to my dear friend Patti, who has been by my side helping me at the gala year after year. Your friendship, support, and willingness to jump right in mean more than you know. I truly wouldn’t want to do this without you! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a kind word, and enjoyed our sweet creations. Nights like these remind me why I love what I do! 🏆💕

🍂 Three years of sweet creations, big dreams, and unforgettable Harvest Fair memories! 🏆✨

The Sonoma County Harvest Fair has become something we look forward to every year! There’s just something about competing that I absolutely love. It pushes me to step outside my comfort zone, experiment with new flavor combinations, and challenge myself to create desserts that are unique, creative, and, most importantly, delicious!

For me, it’s never just about winning ribbons. It’s about the creativity, the countless hours of testing recipes, perfecting every detail, and seeing how far I can push myself as a pastry chef.

Looking back at the past three years, I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished, the awards we’ve earned, and how much we’ve grown along the way. ❤️

From our first entries to earning Best of Show, every year has brought new challenges, inspiration, and some pretty sweet victories!

✨ And tonight, we get to celebrate! We’re so excited to see everyone at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair Gala! We’ll be sharing samples of some of our award-winning desserts, and we can’t wait for you to stop by, say hello, and enjoy some delicious sweet treats with us! 🍰🥂
