This tasting room has been so much more than a business.
From late-night conversations around the kitchen table, to chasing the vision through every challenge, this space was built with love, hope, and a whole lot of heart. Our whole family has poured so much into creating a warm, welcoming place where good wine meets even better company.
As we enter the final stretch, we’re so excited to finally share this dream with you.

Noodle, the Rat Snake, was able to slither away! So long Noodle!

⁉️Did you know?
Rat snakes are the gentle giants of the snake world. They are completely harmless (unless you are an AC unit apparently), are great at rodent control (hence their name) and are more scare of us than we are of them (supposedly).

❄️As for our AC unit, we should know more tomorrow after speaking with our trusted friends at Home Comfort Co. Heating and Air.

🍷... and the wine you ask?
Chris was able to move it safely to the tasting room ❤️

Warm wood tones, soft light, and a space built for good wine and great conversations. It’s all coming together with that perfect mix of comfort and character.

We’re still beaming from the news that our 2024 Texas High Plains Viognier earned Best of Class at the 2026 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, one of the largest and most respected wine competitions in North America, with over 5,500 entries!

After our move from New York’s Finger Lakes to the Texas Hill Wine Country in 2023, this recognition feels especially meaningful. It joins our 2023 Texas Dry Riesling’s Double Gold from last year and validates the heart and expertise we are bringing to Texas’ terroir.

A big thank you to our team, our winemaker and the talented Texas growers who make wines like this possible. We’re incredibly excited to share this award-winning Viognier, along with our growing portfolio of Grüner Veltliner, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, and more, with you very soon in our tasting room.
