-1/3 C. Fickle Pickles, chopped
-1 3/4 C. All Purpose Flour

Somebody’s gotta keep the crunch culture alive. 🥒💅

10/10/2026

Apparently, “stop eating so many pickles” is not a phrase I recognize. 🥒

Especially when they’re this cold, crunchy, salty, tangy, and dangerously easy to keep snacking on.

Pass the jar. I’ll handle the rest.

When I say I’m cracking open a cold one, this is exactly what I mean. 🥒❄️

Cold, crisp, crunchy, and straight from the jar. Go ahead… crack one open.

You’re not hard to please. You just haven’t had the kind of pickle that makes you reach back into the jar for “just one more.” 🥒😮‍💨

That cold, crunchy, garlicky, tangy bite… yeah. Now you want pickles.

Fickle Pickles Avocado Roasted Corn Salad

5 Ears Roasted Corn, cooked al dente
1/4 C. Toasted Pepitas
1/4 C. Shallot or red onion, diced
1/4 C. Fickle Pickles, chopped
1 Jalapeño, seeds removed & diced(optional)
3 Medium Avocados, diced
1 Roma Tomato, diced
1 C. Canned Black Beans, drained & rinsed
1/2 C. Cojita Cheese, crumbled

Dressing:
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Fickle Pickle Juice
3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime juice
1 Garlic clove, finely diced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Start by removing silk from corn but not husk. Cover corn with husk to prevent burning. You can roast the ears of corn in the oven or on the grill. For oven, preheat to 350 and cook for 25-30 minutes until kernels are tender. If grilling, heat to medium and cook for 20- 25 minutes, turning ears every 5 minutes to cook evenly. After cooking set aside to cool before handling.
While corn is cooking, prep veggies and place in large bowl. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy. After corn is cool enough to handle, slice off kernels and place in large bowl with other veggies, black beans & pepita seeds. Add dressing and gently toss to coat evenly. Crumble cojita cheese on top. Serve immediately or place in sealed container in fridge up to 3 days.
Serve as a side dish, over a bed of lettuce with grilled chicken for a delicious salad or as a dip with tortilla chips!

Sometimes the answer is simple: more pickles. 🥒

No overthinking. No explanation needed. Just grab a jar and carry on.

Life’s too short to take just one...

If someone offers you a Fickle Pickle, the only correct answer is: “I’ll take two.” ✌️

Call me crazy, but give me that salty, cold, extra-crispy crunch over something sweet any day. 🥒

Once the Fickle Pickle craving hits, nothing else is even in the running.
