Our seasonal Hazy IPA is back—just in time for warmer weather and hanging by the lake!
Built on a soft, pillowy base of 2 Row, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats, Honey Malt, and Lactose, this batch gets an upgraded hopping approach to push aromatics to the limit. We kicked things off with Billy Goat Cascade in the mash, then swapped traditional whirlpool additions for a dip hop of Crosby Farm’s Idaho 7, Strata, and Vic Secret to capture maximum hop oil saturation. After dry hopping with Vic Secret, Idaho 7, Strata, and Galaxy, we finished it off with Quantum Galaxy and Vic Secret right in the brite tank for an extra burst of fresh flavor.
Fermented with an expressive New England yeast strain, it delivers saturated tropical and stone fruit notes on both the nose and palate, with subtle lactose sweetness balanced by a clean touch of bitterness. Cheers to weekends by the lakeside!
