Tonight’s Oktoberfest special! Boerne Wurst Skillet- Klein Smokehaus bratwurst, purple medley potatoes, red cabbage kraut and caramelized onions served in a hot cast iron skillet. Topped with our house horseradish mustard with a side of our half farmhouse salad. Pair it with our Oktoberfest!

For our next Cibolo Creek Supper Club at Hamby’s, we’re stepping back in time to the turn of the 20th century. We uncovered an authentic 1900 banquet menu from the legendary Tremont Hotel in Galveston and Chef Jared Campbell has reimagined it into an incredible modern 7-course culinary journey.

Swipe through the photos to check out the original archival menu from the New York Public Library collection, alongside our newly crafted 7-course interpretation. From Third Coast oysters and Greener Pastures chicken to Gulf redfish, roast duck, and a classic Charlotte Russe, each course is thoughtfully paired with Texas wines and craft b**rs.
