First time making pickled veggies with Abuela’s Chile all on my own! 🌶️🥒🫛
There was a LOT of research, taste-testing, and trial and error to find the perfect brine and recipe that pairs just right with the bold flavor of Abuela’s Chile. I wanted something tangy, flavorful, and worthy of the name.
