I’m thinking about making a couple of my dishes this week for weekend pickup. Maybe a choice of 2 meals? Individual size for $12, an 8x8 pan (serves 4-6) for $45, and a 9x13 for $85 (serves 10-12). Who all would be interested? Orders would need to be placed by Friday at noon. Pick up location and time to be determined on Saturday.

1 - Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese
(Homemade Sloppy Joe topped over a Mac & Cheese that will blow your mind). Chef Azalea (my 8 year old) rated this one a 100/10.

2 - T-Rays Shepards Pie
(By far my top favorite) a Cajun roasted chicken, sausage, seasoned green beans, homemade mashed potatoes, and topped with green onions, French onions, and a garlic aioli drizzle. Chef Azalea rates this one at 250/10

I’ve decided to start a transition from Dat_Carolina_Cajun branding to the new idea of T_Rays. I personally feel that T_Rays sounds like it could potentially be better branding for the seasonings, canned products, as well as a possible future restaurant or food truck. This doesn’t change the way I cook or products made.

We are out here set up and ready to cook up some good ole jambalaya! Come support Ken and his family on their journey. All proceeds go to them. Not only do we have jambalaya plates; but we also have bounce houses and face painting! And don’t forget about Azalea’s Honeybun Cakes!
