If 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 on your horse is your number one priority, this is the horse for you. Commander is the horse you feel 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 to take anywhere and do anything with because he is 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭, 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 - no matter where you go. Commander is an independent thinker, smart on his feet, and wise beyond his years. Whether you are a nervous, timid rider lacking confidence --or if you are just tired of spooky horses doing silly things, and want that laid back horse you can actually enjoy and relax on, Commander is you man. I have had riders from 3 to 75 on him. From pony rides to camping trips, hunter paces, and clinics, and everyone has safely enjoyed him the same. He is ready to step into the hunt field with you, trail ride with the family, hit the show ring, and be the partner you need to get your confidence back.

Commander is a coming 4 year old Warmblood x Percheron gelding standing 16 hands high. Everything about him is right. He has the look and moves of a warmblood, with the brain of. slow and steady draft horse. Commander feels just as steady riding in the arena as he does hacking out alone, on a hunter pace with friends, or riding in a new place. He has been just about everywhere a horse can go, and been exposed to so many places, arenas, and scenarios, and every time he amazes us with his rock solid brain and easygoing temperament.

Finding a horse 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 is a challenge, yet Ratatouille makes every ride a dream, whether you are on the ranch, the dressage arena, and anywhere in between.
Ratatouille is a 5 year old registered APHA gelding standing 15.3 hands high. This horse is one that checks almost every riders boxes. He is safe, an easy keeper, confident, smooth, and versatile. Though he is young, he has been all over the country doing different jobs, and seeing more than most horses twice his age have. He has been used to rope, sort, and doctor calves on the ranch. He’s gone to dressage, eventing, and hunter/jumper clinics and lessons. And he has camped, trail rode, hunter paced, and hacked out all over. You can not dream of a more versatile and well rounded young horse. Whether you ride him every day, or every other week, he comes out the same gentle and quiet guy. He is happy being a timid amateurs emotional support horse, a weekend warriors hunt partner, or an invaluable team mate for every member of your family to take and enjoy in their own way.
