Viral Trader Joe's sandwich 100% worth it! That pepper sauce is spicy though so maybe go easy until you are sure how much heat you want 😂 it's a sloppy sandwich and deeeeelicious! What do you want me to make next??

Went to a class tonight and made Pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, green vegetable curry, and a no churn pandan ice cream. It was all so delicious and I can't wait to make it again at home! Season + Taste in Boise - definitely recommend! Cooking classes are such a fun way to learn new techniques and recipes!

It's been a while since I let myself really get creative in the kitchen, which is one of my favorite things to do! I got a Ninja Crispi and have been loving how convenient it is. Used it today to cook up some salmon, topped with with a tangy remoulade. The salad is a recipe from and was phenomenal. Greens with grilled mango and corn, berries, cucumber, feta, and curry candied pecans (that I forgot to put on 🤣🤣). Also played with a cocktail smoker to make a blackberry bourbon smash and also a grapefruit mocktail with charcoal. So. Dang. Good.

Make some coffee with me 💚 Playing with flavors today, using pistachio, white chocolate, and Madagascar vanilla. A nice soft top/cold foam on top, and the day is off to a good start 💚

Cooked for the first time in a while tonight! Between treatment wrapping up, crazy work, and a hysterectomy, it's been a month+ since I really stood in front of a stove lol. Tonight I made lobster bisque and cheddar bay biscuits. SO. DAMN. GOOD. My new favorite soup! What is your fave??
