Hello hello❤️ My name is Angeline, and I am one of the two owners of Loving Lefse. I thought it was about time I came on here and introduced myself!
As we embark on this new journey of opening our very first storefront, I first want to say how incredibly thankful I am for all the love and support we’ve received from this community. Being able to introduce lefse to new people while sparking nostalgia in others has truly been a dream come true.
A little bit about me: I’ve lived in Boise for almost three years. I moved here after graduating from University of North Dakota, where I double-majored in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. During college, I worked at a coffee shop, where my love for community, people, and coffee really grew. This is also when I started writing the business plan for Loving Lefse and went on to win a business plan competition through my school.
I have a passion for baking and cooking, both for the business and at home. In my free time, I love hanging out with my wiener dog, Oskar, and taking Lagree classes. My favorite thing to eat is a breakfast lefse paired with a salted caramel latte.
We are getting so close to opening the storefront, and I can’t wait for you all to see the space we’ve been working so hard on!
