coffee bar as well as a selection of beer and wine to take home or enjoy on the spot. Boise Bistro Market strives to satiate an appetite for good food, drink and so much more. The Boise Bistro Market is family owned and operated by Moe and Karen Stark and their son, Kurtis. We appreciate our customer’s support and friendship over the last 27 years and look forward to continuing to meet Boise’s culinary needs. In those 27 years, we’ve changed names and products but our goal has always been the same:
