Making a splash for a precious little one on the way! 🧜‍♀️✨
Honestly, I have been absolutely dying to get my hands on a mermaid cake, so this was a dream come true! I loved bringing this under-the-sea vision to life, featuring a chocolate sour cream cake with rich pistachio filling, frosted in smooth buttercream, and decorated with handmade fondant ocean details and shimmering gold accents.

​Alongside the showstopper cake, I put together a wide variety of cupcakes: fresh strawberry, almond cake with pistachio buttercream, and traditional white cake with classic buttercream—all piped into baby pink and mermaid shiny teal cupcake liners, and all topped with custom seashells! 🐚🌸

One baker, seven flavors, and a whole lot of wedding love this past weekend! 🥂✨

​The Menu:
Strawberry, Oreo, Blueberry, Nutella, Huckleberry Lemon, and Pistachio. (I also added a late-addition seventh flavor, Biscoff, though it missed the photo shoot! 😉)

​Each different flavor profile features a dedicated, scratch-baked crust, lemon cookie, pistachio nut, hazelnut, Oreo and graham cracker.
​Homemade compotes utilizing fresh strawberries, blueberries, and huckleberries were infused with fresh lemon zest.
​And each cheesecake was paired with a custom-infused topping of different variations of my signature white chocolate whipped cream, including Nutella, pistachio, and cookies & cream infusions, to perfectly complement the flavor profiles.
​Sending the biggest congratulations to the newlyweds! It was an honor to be a part of your special day. 🤍
