Yesterday we celebrated National Cannoli Day in the sweetest way possible… with Carmela’s first of many cannoli dates with her Papà, The Tony Cannoli 🇮🇹❤️

Cannoli are more than just a pastry to us — they are the very beginning of our story. They’re the single item that brought us here today, inspired so many memories, and helped us share a little piece of our Italian family with Boise.

So we want to celebrate with all of YOU! 🎉

GRANITA IS HERE FOR THE SUMMER 😎🎉

If you’ve been with us the past couple of years, you already know… this one is special ♥️🇮🇹

Granita Siciliana — naturally gluten & dairy free — is one of Sicily’s most beloved summer traditions.

Made with just three simple ingredients — seasonal fruit (or nuts), water & sugar — then churned in our Italian gelato machine, resulting in an incredibly smooth, refreshing & almost creamy texture… somewhere between a sorbet & something entirely its own.

In Sicily, where summer mornings are hot & slow, granita is often enjoyed for breakfast with a freshly baked brioche. Locals like to scoop, dip, take a bite & repeat.

We’re endlessly grateful for his passion, leadership, creativity & kindness that make Caffè Sorrento so special. If it weren’t for Tony choosing to carry on his family’s legacy, Boise wouldn’t be enjoying the sandwiches, pastries, gelato & now pizza that so many of you have come to love! 🇮🇹♥️

This weekend, we got away as a family to celebrate all the joy, laughter & love he brings into our lives every single day. We’re so thankful for him — not only as the heart behind Caffè Sorrento, but as a husband, father, friend & leader. 🏔️✨
