We’re taking Gem 73 to the Sunnyslope Wine Festival.

Meet us on the lawn at Ste. Chapelle for a day of wine, food, music + the best of Sunnyslope.
On Sunday, September 6, we’ll be pouring alongside 20 Sunnyslope wineries for an afternoon celebrating the place we’re lucky enough to call home. Come find us, try a few Gem 73 wines, discover something new and stay awhile.

And because a good day is better shared, we’re giving away two tasting tickets.

Place a Gem 73 wine order between now and August 31 and you’ll automatically be entered to win a pair of tickets to join us at the festival. Plus, while we’re getting ready to open our doors, complimentary local delivery is on us anywhere in the Treasure Valley.

Winner announced 8/31 on Instagram.

We’ve been intentional about creating spaces, moments, and little reasons to stay awhile. To put down your phone, pour another glass, ask another question, and learn something new about the person across from you.

Sometimes, it starts with a bottle of wine.
Sometimes, a game of chess.
Sometimes, a really good question.

Wine and pottery. We'd call that a pretty good evening.

Join us at Boise Pottery for an evening of wine, conversation, and creativity.

We'll be pouring a tasting of Gem 73 wines while you explore one of Garden City's most unique local shops. If you've been curious about what we're building in Sunnyslope, we'd love to meet you before we open.

Our estate vineyard, Lanae Ridge, has its own quiet crew.

Owls in the trees.
Kestrels overhead.
Natural predators helping keep things in balance.

We installed owl and kestrel boxes throughout the property to encourage them to settle in and help manage rodents and pest birds naturally, without disrupting the ecosystem.

Then at dawn and dusk, another system takes over.

Solar-powered lasers sweep across the vineyard, creating movement birds instinctively avoid. It protects the fruit without heavy netting, excess waste, or unnecessary harm to the surrounding habitat.

Less interference.
More balance.
A vineyard that works with nature, not against it.

Rooftop solar supplies most of the energy behind our vineyard and winery operations.

We even use solar-powered laser systems for bird control. They safely encourage birds to move along without harming them, replacing traditional netting and reducing impact on the ecosystem around us.

Before the doors open, join us for a glass.

On June 17, we’ll be at Parcero Wine Bar pouring a special three-wine Gem 73 flight.
Come meet the team behind the winery, taste a few of the wines we’ve been working on, and get a glimpse of what’s taking shape in Sunnyslope.

We’re big believers in places that bring people together, which is one of the reasons we’re excited to spend the evening at Parcero. Great wine, good conversation, and a room full of people who appreciate both.
