Smoked perfectly to 130° internal temperature. I smoked the Black Angus Sirloin Steaks at 250° for an hour and a half. I smoked the bologna slices for about 1 hour at 250°. We also had shrimp and baked potatoes with salad. Teamwork from the wife on the sides. ❤️

I want to thank everybody who has helped my family and myself with our small business and my dream.
I have been debating on posting this for awhile, but with the cost of food still rising. I was not going to raise my prices and also certain things that were out of my control. I am temporarily closing for now. 😓
I hope that I made my customers happy for a short time. This small dream meant a lot to me and to see everybody's comments and messages over this year brought me great gratitude.
I hope everybody understands and this is not goodbye , it is see you down the road. 💛

I have a big announcement coming soon but I'm going to take time before announcing it.

I'll give you a little hint. I might just do special orders from now on and catering. When the prices of food going up and up. I still want to keep that same great quality and affordable. So decisions will be made soon. 😓

Thank you to everybody who has been patiently waiting on my recovery from surgery. I can officially say I am ready to start back August 1st!!
So August 1st will be smoked sausages for $8 a roll !! I dropped the price a little for this day only. My way of saying thank you.
