💵 THE PRICING MATRIX
Bubby’s Coastal Fine Dining: $135 per person (Our elite, description-only multi-course culinary showcase)
Bubby’s Smokehouse Feast: $95 per person (Our signature low-and-slow Southern pitmaster experience)
Bubby's BeachGoer Menu: $85 per person (A crowd-pleasing, laid-back beach feast featuring gourmet smash burgers and tenders)
Bubby’s Botanical Feast: $75 per person (An elegant, rich, plant-forward vegetarian showcase)
All standard menu prices are all-inclusive of groceries and labor based on a minimum of 8 guests. Parties under 8 guests are always welcome! Groups of 2 to 7 guests are billed under a separate structure: a flat $250 Chef Labor Fee plus the direct cost of groceries, fully covering dedicated chef ex*****on, grocery sourcing, travel, and complete kitchen sanitization.

All-Inclusive Service: Price includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, on-site chef ex*****on, and complete kitchen sanitization.
Customizations: Gluten-free modifications, allergy accommodations, and kid-friendly add-ons are available upon request.
Dry Rubs & Sauces: Everything is seasoned with my house-made signature dry rubs. All sauces—including our signature Midnight Gold, Black Garlic Buffalo, and Garlic Parmesan—are made from scratch.
Smoked Selections: All barbecue items are smoked directly on the smoker with real wood embers for a true, authentic pitmaster flavor profile.
